BLURB:

Some books you read.

This one reads you.

This isn’t just poetry.

It’s confession. It’s craving. It’s the kind of desire that doesn’t ask politely—it takes, it aches, it stays.

In Words That Burn, Llianne Olivo delivers sixty-four raw, intimate pieces that blur the line between power and surrender, longing and possession, softness and ruin. Each poem reads like a moment stolen behind closed doors—or a memory your body refuses to forget.

This collection is for the women who feel deeply, who want more than surface-level love.

For the ones who crave intensity, tension, devotion that borders on dangerous.

And for the couples who understand that passion isn’t always gentle—it’s consuming, evolving, and unforgettable.

These poems don’t just tell stories. They touch. They tease. They stay under your skin long after the last page.

Raw sexual poems.
Very erotic poems… and you forget you’re reading poems. These were very well written and you can envision the sexuality and all of the body movements and emotions. It’s hard to read just one, you have a desire to see what the next one says and what raw feelings you’ll get from reading it.

Intentionality, raw expression, and serious craft.
In all honesty, I don’t naturally embrace certain aspects of myself, particularly from a sensual or bodily perspective, so I often have a hard time relating to work like this. But what I truly appreciate is aesthetic and craft, and this collection delivers both in abundance. The poetry is deliberate, shaped by a distinct vernacular and perspective. There's an aggression to the content—bordering on barbarism (though that’s my word, from my vantage)—but it’s focused and purposeful. If I had to compare it to anything, it reminds me of the more extreme ends of music: death metal, drone, doom, noise. It’s dense, and I’ll need time to absorb the language, but I look forward to doing so. I’d recommend this to anyone drawn to intentionality, raw expression, and serious craft.

Unreal love.
These words, allow me, don't just burn but echo in our minds. The poems are short but one is not advised to read them without break. Some are very sensual. YOu can literally see and envision body parts changing shape, reacting, shrinking, being. The skin, bones, eyes. The throat is "raw from shouting". It's about love, and not just that. About the author's love for love. Such love might not exist, but I still love the poems. A journal type of self-healing meditation. Enjoyable.

Wonderful collection of poetry
Poetry has a special place in my heart, so I am very grateful to have been given a copy of this book. I enjoyed each of the poems and the story they told. Each poem was beautifully written and it made me want to read work by the author and more poetry as a whole. I highly recommend this poetry collection. Especially to those wanting something spicy and bite sized in length but still very filling.

Beautifully written.
The poems are raw, intense, and beautifully written. Some made me pause and reread because of how powerful they felt. It’s not soft or sweet, but if you like bold, passionate writing that stays with you, this collection delivers.

Velvet Quill Magazine
“WTB: 64 Reasons is erotic poetry with teeth. Each poem is intentional, controlled, and emotionally charged—less about spectacle and more about the psychology of desire. This collection understands BDSM as language, not shock.”

Midnight Ink Review
“A dark, unapologetic exploration of power, consent, and intimacy. These poems don’t beg for attention—they command it. WTB: 64 Reasons is pitch-black romance distilled into lyrical precision.”

The Scarlet Page
“This collection speaks directly to women and couples who understand that surrender can be strength. Bold, intimate, and unflinchingly honest, these poems feel written from inside the dynamic rather than about it.”

Obsidian Rose Blog
“Erotic poetry rarely balances emotional depth with raw desire this cleanly. WTB: 64 Reasons treats BDSM as ritual and devotion, not performance—dark, sensual, and deeply personal.”

Feral Femme Reads
“Not for the timid. These poems are deliberate acts of reclamation—of pleasure, power, and voice. A striking collection for readers who crave taboo romance with intention.”

The Black Ribbon Review
“Each poem lands like a whispered command. The language is sharp, restrained, and intensely focused. This is erotic poetry that lingers because it understands restraint as much as release.”

Ink & Consent Quarterly
“WTB: 64 Reasons is rooted firmly in consensual power exchange and emotional truth. It’s refreshing to see BDSM poetry written with such clarity, respect, and psychological awareness.”

Dark Verse Collective
“This collection reads like a private ledger of desire—controlled, confessional, and unafraid of its own shadow. A compelling addition to modern erotic poetry.”

Nocturne Desires Blog
“Short, potent, and immersive. These poems demand to be read slowly. The darkness is purposeful, the romance unapologetically taboo, and the voice unmistakably confident.”

The Gilded Whip
“Erotic poetry for readers who know what they want—and why. WTB: 64 Reasons is disciplined, seductive, and emotionally resonant, proving that power exchange can be both poetic and profound.”
